Absolutely, and at no extra cost. Simply fill our return request form and we will immediately start working on a replacement for you. Follow this link to read more.
Do you accept Payment on Delivery?  
No, we do not accept Payment on Delivery. All our frames are custom-framed, that is, manufactured from scratch and tailored to each customer needs - hence the reason we do not accept Payment on Delivery.
Is shipping free?  
Yes, absolutely!
How do I pay on Picsible?

How do I Custom-Frame my Photo?  
Framing with Picsible is super easy!

1. Head over to the Start Framing page.
2. Upload your Picture, and then select your Frame size, style etc.
3. Add to cart
4. Click on Checkout
5. Confirm your Delivery details and then click "Proceed to Checkout"
6. Make the Payment
7. Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via Email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us here a few hours after your order placement.
What can I frame?  
Anything. And we mean that, you can frame anything really. Wedding, birthdays, graduation photo. Anything!
How do I know the right frame size to choose?  
First think of the space you will like to hang the photo, then measure this space with a tape measure if you have or use a standard sheet of paper (8.5 * 11 inches) to approximate sizes and then think of the photo. Graduation, Matriculation photos or photos of just one person, for instance, looks good in an 8 * 10 or 10 * 12 frame size since it is just one person. You should however choose larger sizes for group photos so everyone faces can show legibly. Read this article for complete enlightenment on this.
Does my frame come hang ready?  
Yes, your frame comes hang ready. You simply need to open it, admire it and hang it on your wall.
What is the difference between Landscape and Portrait?  
Simply put, an image that is taller than it is wide is a Portrait photo and an image that is wider than it is tall is a Landscape photo.
How do I crop my picture?  
Ideally, your device should be able to crop your photo by moving those selections around but if it is unable to, don't worry. This is what you should do. Click on Crop and continue with every other thing and then when you get to the "Finish Customization" page, in the "Special Instructions" box, fill where and what you want cropped and we will crop it for you manually at no extra cost.
I am unable to upload my picture. How do I know the right size to upload?  
So your picture comes out clearly in the frame, we do not allow images less than 2mb in size but if you think your picture is clear enough but is still being rejected. Open a new tab and send an email to manual@picsible.com with the subject. "Manual upload of my photo" and in the body, add your phone number, name and email. As soon as we receive your email, we will manually upload your photo and send you a link which will enable you to continue with the framing process.
I do not like your frame styles. Can I see other options?  
Okay. That is not a problem. Follow the normal framing process. Upload your picture, choose any style and the dimensions you want, and then in the "Special Instructions" box in the "Finish Customization" page, tell us the frame colour you want and describe how you want your frame to look like. Add it to your Cart and Checkout. Within 48 hours, we will send you two different styles based on your preferences and once you are good with it, we will ship it down to you.
Will I receive all the items in my order at once?  
Ideally, yes. But sometimes you may receive the items in your order separately because they are shipped at different times.
Do i need to show any document to collect my order?  
Yes. Please show your ID to the delivery associate. It can be your Voters Card, Driver's License, Work ID or your Passport.
Can someone collect my frame on my behalf?  
Yes, but please ensure your representative has the tracking number and a signed copy of your ID.
How can I return my item?

What does it mean to "minor edit" my photo  
Minor editing of photos simply means we will edit your photos to make them clearer, cleaner and better.
